PRETZELS or BUNS??




I see pretzels everywhere!!

 I've been trying to make pretzels 
for sometime.....

 It had thrill me more when i see the pretzels making in Salam 2 Benua & Dr.Inahar's blog.

 So i decided to prove myself that i can do too!!

 Got the recipe from allrecipes.com/buttery-soft-pretzels/




....yeehaaa!!


....i love playing with yeast...










OMG!.....is it pretzel or bun??
I guess the first time is always not perfect!

 Tak pe...janji boleh yum-yum.....

      The pretzels memang sedap tapi it requires byk sgt yeast.
      Must try a recipe yg guna sikit yeast.

    Hahaha...kalau this auntie Leeza bukak kedai alamat cepat lah tutup.
    Sebab dia ni very temperamental...kadang2 rajin sgt...kadang2 malas sgt nk masak.
    So...macam mano!

    As Salam K.Leeza......pernah try this recipe before....not bad jgk recipe fr allrecipe ni.....tapi try skali tu je la...lepas tuh tak try2 dah smpi skrg......penyakit mls melanda hehehe My first pretzel was so gemoks...and chubby hehehe...tapi adalah rasa pretzel tuh....mmg aunty Anne boleh nangis kalo semua org ramai2 buat recipe ni sdri at home....;)

    Wkumslm Lynna....very true! That was my first time buat pretzels & maybe...the last. Actually bukan nye nk makan sgt tapi the thrill bila buat. Lagi pun anak2 Kak Liza dh tak da kat rmh only during the semester break & some weekends.
