I M4U

Extending the IM4U programme
organised by Puspanita Perak
@ Mahad Tahfiz Orphanage in Meru.

Helping to beautify the orphanage
by planting some plants & trees...&
installing the roof.

Provide breakfast & lunch to the 
orphans.

It ended with giving some gifts to the orphans
& a token to the headmaster.

It was a satisfying day!

FOOD FOR THOUGHT

Let's have some intellectual nourishment to our body & soul.

Alhamdullilah!...our class of Quran reading has already started.

Finding difficulty to pronouce correctly some of the huruf like what our ustazah want.

Ar.. Ee...Uu...hai tak sangka bila baca banyak
pulak salahnye kerana tak betul sebutan.

Attended a forum of ceramah agama by Ustazah Hafizah Musa, personality TV 9 'Tanyalah Ustazah' at MB'S residence.
It's a monthly affair...each time with a
different penceramah.

It was a good one!

*Melihat pada raut wajahnya pun dah cukup merasa ketenangan...apatah lagi bila beliau berkata2 penuh hikmah keluar dari bibirnya yang sungguh menawan*.

Tajuknya...Personaliti wanita hebat & memikat.
Memikat... suami...anak2...but most of all ALLAH SAW.

Seorang wanita yg bekerjaya sebagai pensyarah diUTM & ibu kapada 8 anak telah berkongsi beberapa tips untuk kesejahteraan bersama.

Rahsia kehebatan seseorg.

1.Kekuatan akidah tauhid.
  (Walaupun zahir berasa lemah-tapi hati & 
   semangat kental berjihad kpd Allah yg esa 
   Allah Subhanawataalla).
   Beliau & pihak yg berkenaan di UTM telah 
   membuat kajian utk mengurang kesakitan eg.
   pesakit kanser dgn "therapy tauhid".
  (emosi...kekuatan...ketenangan...)
   Ia itu apabila berasa stress/sakit
   breathe with your stomache sambil 
   mengingati Allah dgn menyebut Allah 
   berulang2 kali sambil meletak kan tangan 
   diatas dada kiri...dengar denyutan jantung.
   Lakukan dgn tenang & kusyuk.
   Sentiasa berasa redho dgn apa ketentuan 
   ALLAH.

2. Mujahadah yang berterusan.
   Menahan/melawan hawa nafsu.
  'Sesiapa dapat melawan kemarahan, ALLAH
   akan membina sebuah istana dalam syurga'.
   Begitu juga dgn makan.
   Makan dgn berkhemah bukan memudaratkan.

3. Jiwa yang suci hati yang bersih.

4. Akhlak yang mempersona.
   Supaya orang lain terutama suami & anak2
   berasa senang & tenang bersama kita.
  'Sejahat-jahat manusia adalah orang lain
   takut bertemu dgn nya'.

5. Kaya ilmu & dimanfaatkan.
   Kejayaan ilmu dunia & akhirat adalah 
   melalui ilmu.

Though the atmosphere & the food are lovely...unfortunately i was unable to stay till the end.

I've to rush for another function where we had been spending so much time to ...contribution to the society of Lembaga Kebajikan Perempuan Islam Malaysia at MB's resident.

It was a Majlis Mesra Aidilfitri bersama DYAM Raja Puan Muda Perak Raja Mahani bt Raja Shahar Shah.

And what makes it interesting was... the attire must be in songket & persembahannya pun berasaskan warisan tradisi melayu kita...

nyanyian qasidah, lagu2 asli & 60an,persembahan pakaian songket & pakaian org.2 besar istana & tarian zapin.

&  lovely door gift containing some traditional cookies like putu kacang,agar2 kering & kuih kiras

Something to refresh us with the heritage of our ancestor....

A very hectic week but had captured many fond memories.....
