Most of the nights i don't really eat much for dinner....especially rice.
But somehow... i'm not losing any kilos instead i'm gaining!
What more after Raya...with all the open house.
And at this age it's not easy anymore to get rid of that unwanted fats!
Anyway...tried this beef soup for dinner...
recipe from sis Teh.
It was SUPERB!
I love to share with you peeps....
But i dont have the exact measurement....semua main taruh je!
About 500g beef ( cut them in chunks or any
size you want)
2-3 cloves of garlic [sliced them
4-5 small onions/ 1 big onion thinly}
2 stalks of carrots [cut them into
4-5 potatoes small pieces}
2-3 ripe tomatoes [minced & get rid of the
1 can of tomato soup
A dash of black pepper & mixed herbs
1.Start by frying the meat with some olive
oil + butter until brown & gives fragrance.
2.Put aside the meat & fry the garlic & onions
until brown & fragrance.
3.Add some water into the pot & add in the
fried meat together with the minced tomatoes
till the meat are soft.
4.Add in the carrots & potatoes.
5.Finally pour in the tomato soup & mix
thoroughly with all the ingredients until
the broth is thickened.
Salt to taste & a tsp of sugar.
Flavoured it with a dash of black pepper &
Best eaten with toasted
buttered french bread.
