HAVING THEM HOME

Whenever there's a long weekend...i'm sure gonna love it cos my love ones will all be back!

And i'll be the queen bee...bezzzyy in the kitchen.

And it's worth the... oohs! n aahs!... when their fingers were all licking good!

Okay...let's start with the pizzas.

It's been awhile since i baked... last night was the best!...*wink*

Maybe it was the superfine flour... n i had baked the dough 10 mins before topping it with the sausages...mushrooms...round onions...tasty cheese n mixed herbs.

The dough was very crunchy indeed!
It was finished within seconds.

And as for breakfast...i made two types of pancake...orange n chocolate chips pancake.

the zest of the oranges make it tastier!

Here's something for you peeps!

Orange Buttermilk Pancakes
3/4 cup orange juice
2 tlbs finely grated orange zest ( about 2 oranges )
3/4 cup buttermilk ( a cup of milk with 1 tlbs of lemon juice)
3 large eggs
2 cups all purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp b.powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 cup sugar 5 tlbs melted butter
vegetable oil for pan

Combine all; beat until smooth n bake them one at a time over medium heat.

The orange pancake was MARVELLOUS!!

But the boys love the chocolate chips pancake even more.

Chocolate chips pancake
2 cups plain flour
3 tsp baking powder
2 tlbs castor sugar
2 eggs lightly beaten
650 ml buttermilk
75 g.butter,melted
3/4 cup chocolate chips
extra butter for brushing the pan

AND besides rice...

it's laksa AGAIN... everyone's favourite...n healthy too...no oil involve

Meanwhile Abg.Faiz managed to persuade us... tho some of us are reluctant to play along with his new game.

there's always a little boy in faiz....it's a moment of joy watching them together ...yg dua lagi pulak are forever with their computers!!

A night out...having something soup like...
steam boat.

Having precious moment with them...

The house wont be the same anymore when they've gone....

What more... rasyid will be continuing his studies after a month's break.
He had been a great companion n great help to me...i'm going to miss him alot!

Out of the blue...my youngest son lukman was having some sort of red tiny spots all over his body n having a temperature.

Syukur alhamdullilah...What a relief!... it's only a viral fever n not dengue... after a blood test.

He has to stay home for a few more days...but he'll miss the class.

One consolation...rahim will be around for a month...cuti semester.

And...i'll be seeing them again soon for the next chinese new year holidays...yeay!
