ORANGE POPPY SEED CAKE

Howdie! Hope everyone had a marvellous weekend...

Well mine was splendid cos' my angels are back home for the weekend....

But they had a little bit of misfortune during the journey when one of the tyre was badly punctured! It was not only their car...in fact that friday night there were also a few cars that broke down along the highway.
They were lucky indeed when staff of the plus highway helped them change the spare tyre!

So to those who's travelling from KL to the north highway just be careful especially somewhere along rawang. We were informed that a few weeks ago a few boxes of nails were negligently drop out from a lorry! So watch out!

As usual whenever the children are back i'll be busy as the beeesss... in the kitchen!!
Besides rice, dalca, baked chicken, steam kerapu fish n some salads i even make mee curry with some shrimps, fish balls n some crabs meat! Too bad eh...i didnt take any pictures.

But i did remember to take pictures of the dessert...ahaa! Well...it's only the orange poppy seed cake. This is one of my favourite!
I'll be glad to give u peeps the recipe. It's very simple actually...

OH NO! I shouldnt have cut it when it's hot...it's too soft till it breaks!
Packed some of the cake in a container for them to take home....

Busy yg amat ya? Kalau tak masak surely you rasa guilty kan? Cam I last weekend. Dara mintak I buat samtum bilis dah quite late (and I was so tired) tapi subuh sepi at 5am masakkan juga sebekas.

Kek sedap bertambah sedap dengan beralaskan 'pinggan' cantik. Ada nama special for that kinda pinggan tak?
